Walk for Health






Trying to exercise more this year?  It does not have to be complicated, walking can be an easy way to burn calories and improve your health.  If you can walk outdoors it is even better, as fresh air boosts oxygen and mood and the natural changes in terrain help you burn more calories.  Find hills in your neighborhood, get the dog and get walking!
