Tumeric has many beneficial properties from anti-cancer, to wound healing, to anti-microbial. Adding tumeric into your daily diet is an easy way to get some of its health benefits. As Hippocrates famously said "Let food be your medicine, and medicine be your food"
Try having a salt shaker with tumeric in your kitchen and sprinkle it onto all your foods.
Remember to eat tumeric with other foods - as it is fat soluble and absorbed best when eaten with some fat.
